Full-Length Station measurements

A single fiber preparation allows for all measurements to be made on all cores, with a bidirectional, 4 wavelength OTDR measurement with CD and PMD taking less than 40 seconds per core.

Short Samples Station measurements

  • Fiber Geometry
  • Cut-Off Wavelength
  • Spectral Attenuation
  • Mode Field Diameter

All tests performed on the same station and characterize all cores, claddings and markers. 4-core geometry and cut-off wavelength results in less than 45 seconds.
